Advanced Customer Display ( ACD)
We have successfully launched a new Advanced Customer Display screen for the Customers to see the Items with Modifier they are ordering and can Add Tip, Process Payments, Enter email or Mobile for instant SMS.
It does support Multi-Lingual and Retail segment to show the Weight with Unit Price for better clarity of purchase, instead of flipping the screen after they have ordered.
All data is encrypted and available on our cloud server for analytics and marketing purposes. The current Weather, time and peak hours are accumulated for Machine Learning and AI algorithm for projections of sales and customer experience. This takes the entire Customer experience to a new level and for Management to gain access to data, speed up line, save time to add Tips and any mistakes thereof.
